Job Responsibilities
- Shape the future: Enhance the quality and efficiency of our electrified systems, with a strong focus on heat pump components.
- Collaborate effectively: Work with
- functional teams to coordinate and implement product improvements from concept to final delivery. - Take ownership: Develop and maintain engineering deliverables, including material specifications and update 3D CAD models and 2D drawings (nice to have).
- Drive innovation: Analyze the product portfolio to identify quality improvement and cost reduction opportunities while transferring optimized concepts into mass production.
- Communicate internationally: Act as a key communicator within an international and
- functional team, ensuring smooth alignment across departments.
Qualifications
Education:
- A completed Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Knowledge in engineering change management, serial production processes, and/or quality analysis and problem solving is essential.
- Some experience in designing, specifying, building, and testing hardware components and systems will be useful.
- Familiarity with heat pump systems and knowledge of refrigeration and hydraulic systems design is highly valued.
- Experience ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legal regulations is a plus.
Know-How:
- Skills in
- solving methods, CAD tools (Siemens NX), and SAP R3 are desirable. - Understanding of product lifecycle management and
- functional collaboration.
Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
