Are you a skilled Project Manager with leadership experience in the energy or electrical sector? Join our Iberian team as a Project Execution Team Lead, where you will manage and develop a team of Project Managers while driving operational excellence in project execution.

Hybrid Model: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office (Lisbon).

Frequent travel (15-30%) to Porto and other locations as needed.

Your Role:

✅ Lead & Develop a Team – Manage a team of 7 Project Managers across Portugal and Spain, ensuring alignment with business goals.

✅ Oversee Project Execution – Supervise projects in medium & low voltage, digital energy, industry automation, data centers, and building management systems.

✅ Strategic & Operational Leadership – Balance
- on project execution with strategic transformation initiatives in process optimization and team development.

✅ Enhance Cross-Team Collaboration – Improve communication and coordination between sales, operations, and execution teams.

✅ Risk & Financial Oversight – Ensure projects meet P&L, cash flow, profitability, and risk management objectives.

✅ Drive Process Innovation – Implement best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize execution frameworks.

What You Bring:

✔ 3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, electrical, or industrial sectors.

✔ Proven leadership experience in managing project teams across multiple locations.

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.

✔ Technical expertise in electrical distribution, automation, or industrial energy systems.

✔ Strong business acumen – experience in budgeting, financial control, and risk mitigation.

✔ Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus).

✔ Flexibility for travel – Regular visits to Porto and other Iberian locations.
