We are recruiting a Trainee for the role of Project Controller/Commercial Project Manager to join our Commercial Project Control team.

What are my Responsibilities?

1. Registration in SAP and implementation of the business model defined for each project
2. Regular analysis and review of planned costs and incurred costs
3. Analysis and compliance with commercial and contractual conditions
4. Identification, mitigation and monitoring of project risks
5. Close monitoring of all aspects with fiscal impact, particularly in international projects
6. Issuing invoices to clients
7. Follow-up of customers' overdue balances
8. Checking and validating supplier orders and subsequent confirmation of invoices if applicable
9. Preparation of monthly forecasts, ensuring the reliability of information, in a timely and reasoned manner for projects and business unit
10. Monthly financial closing activities and results analysis
11. Ensure compliance with accounting requirements from a project perspective
12. Interface and coordination with the various operational areas of the company and other external stakeholders
13. Analysis and reporting of financial indicators
14. Export control
15. Other activities transversal to the financial area

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. A degree in business management, economics, accounting or similar
2. Good level of English, spoken and written
3. Good knowledge of Excel
4. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and SAP will be a plus (not mandatory)
