Job Description:

Your contribution to something big:

• Payroll Control Centre Project Support: Collaborate with the project management team; take ownership of allocated work packages during project phases, focusing on requirements gathering and implementation for
  - specific waves; organize and support training activities; lead testing preparation activities; maintain accurate project tracking through tools like Jira and Kanban boards; deliver presentations on the Maintenance and Support concept to newly integrated countries; conduct training sessions on critical tools during project stabilization phase.
• Payroll Control Centre Maintenance & Support: Oversee incident management processes; handle change requests effectively; work closely with other teams to maintain accurate documentation and support audit processes; ensure the smooth functioning of the Payroll Control Centre team’s communication channels.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:

• Education: University Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or another relevant area;
• Experience: Experience in project support and maintenance & support topics to HRIT systems;
• Knowledge: Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools and SAP HCM; experience with Jira is an advantage;
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level); German would be an asset;
• Personality: Openness, high flexibility, proactiveness, independent and structured way of working.
