Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of
  - scale solar PV farms (5 – 100 MWp) projects in Portugal.
• Management of project budgets and schedules from
  - stage development to construction.
• Coordinate all project activities, ensure timely delivery, and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
• Manage the construction of PV farms (settling subcontractors, supervision of subcontractor works), collaborating with site engineers (organizing work, setting goals and priorities).
• Coordinate external consultants, contractors, and service providers, facilitating an efficient relationship between them and the internal project team.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and local authorities.
• Work closely with finance teams to track expenses and report on financial performance and cash flow.
• Supervise the acceptance of investments.
• Assist the Investor with ongoing inquiries, providing answers, preparing reports, etc.
• Supervise the energization process of the photovoltaic farm.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the solar sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Understanding all facets of the construction process.
• Good time and project management skills.
• Good communication skills and
  - building abilities.
• Preferred education: Higher education in construction management, electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or any related field.
• The preferred candidate is a Certified Construction Manager with a valid license for the construction of
  - scale PV farms.
• Portuguese - C1.
• Category B driving license.
