RESPONSABILITIES

1. Perform monthly closing tasks and especially (but not limited to) those related to project accounting
2. Review monthly package received from our partners in JVs not managed

Quarterly tasks/ responsibilities.

1. Analyze Balance sheet at
   - consolidation level (including reconciliations and rationalization of contract assets/liabilities, asset under construction) under IFRS and Directional standards
2. Review and rationalize the project accounting bookings with relevant supporting documentation such as project forecast, progress of completion, prepaid expenses, finance lease follow up files, contracts amendments…
3. Provide management package to our partners in JVs
4. Liaise with partners to obtain accurate data on JVs not managed
5. Ad hoc requests from Accounting
6. Prepare tax bookings in cooperation with tax Manager
7. Participation in the contract analysis, and all related legal documents (EPC contract, shareholders Agreement in JVs, lease & service agreements, intercompany agreements …) for new projects and prepare/analyze accounting treatment in coordination with Group Accounting
8. Support internal control framework
9. Prepare financial statements, external audit requests, and Board papers
10. Participation in the Tax reporting

Be responsible for the preparation of the statutory Financial Statements under relevant Standards

1. Prepare the statement of Financial Positions, Profit and Loss, Other Comprehensive Income and cash flow statement and the notes to the financial statements
2. Manage the Statutory audit and liaise with external auditors
3. Manage and prepare unaudited financial statements for
   - annual bank covenants;

Support when relevant to local teams in shorebases

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Business School or financial & accounting related degree
2. Five years’ experience in an audit or accounting Firm followed by an experience in an international group
3. Solid accounting and IFRS knowledge especially IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition, IFRS 16 Leases (lessee and lessor) and IAS 37 provision, contingent Liabilities and Assets and others
4. Agility with tools (ERP environment, strong use of excel)
5. Ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines, including in a turbulent /
   - moving environment
6. Statutory accounting and tax requirements in an international Environment
7. Analytical skills and critical thinking
8. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
9. Flexibility for travels occasionally
