Programme Manager – Electrical & Energy Sector ⚡

Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in the electrical and energy sector? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee project execution, drive strategic transformation, and manage a team of 7 Project Managers across Portugal and Spain.

Hybrid Model – Based in Lisbon (Carnaxide).

✈ Travel – Frequent visits to Porto and other Iberian locations (15-30%).

Your Role:

✅ Lead & Develop a Team – Manage and mentor 7 Project Managers, ensuring project delivery excellence and business alignment.

✅ Project Oversight – Supervise medium & low voltage, digital energy, industry automation, data centers, and building management systems projects.

✅ Strategic Leadership – Balance hands-on execution with transformation initiatives in process optimization and team development.

✅ Cross-Team Collaboration – Enhance communication and coordination between sales, operations, and execution teams.

✅ Financial & Risk Management – Ensure projects meet P&L, cash flow, and risk mitigation targets.

✅ Process Optimization – Implement best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance project execution.

What You Bring:

✔ 3+ years of experience in project or programme management within the energy, electrical, or industrial sectors.

✔ Proven leadership experience managing 7+ project managers across multiple locations.

✔ Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across teams.

✔ Technical expertise in electrical distribution, automation, or industrial energy systems.

✔ Solid business acumen – Experience in budgeting, financial control, and risk mitigation.

✔ Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus).

✔ Flexibility for travel – Regular visits to Porto and other Iberian locations.
