Mission of the Role: Program Manager for JLR current model projects

Key Objectives of this Role: This position is for a Program Manager to lead the
- functional program team(s) of product development, manufacturing, purchase, accounts, quality, and finance in managing program(s) currently in production with JLR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all program activities per VPDS & APQP, managing projects in all aspects of the business, technical, financial, and quality, and when applicable, leading preparation of and representation in ISO Audits (internal & external).

The PM serves as a key interface between JLR and internal stakeholders, leading the program timing schedule, coordinating all program tasks, and supporting the
- functional teams and their activities. This needs to be completed in adherence to the development budget while progressing changes through the change management PIC process.

They need to lead the timely completion of Gate Reviews and associated deliverables and internal Project Board Review meetings, working closely with functional areas to schedule activities and track their deliveries, including tracking and controlling project costs and investments such as: BOM, BWS, F&Ts & Vendor Tooling.

Further key tasks include:

1. Monitor and ensure business profitability together with the Account Team.
2. Understand customer expectations and ensure these are part of the program plans.
3. Support in the identification and resolution of project organization and/or technical product development issues.
4. Provide support to the Account Manager in commercial negotiations, RFQ/RFI.
5. Provide program level support to customers and suppliers.
6. Chair Program Team and Change Control meetings.
7. Maintain an
   -
   - date Program Timing plan aligned with PD, Manufacturing, Purchase & Customer milestones.
8. Support Auto Spice Internal Audits.
9. Maintain or Improve Customer Relationships.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

1. Degree in Engineering or related area
2. Experience in delivering highly complex technical projects
3. Advanced Excel and PPT
4. Knowledge of automotive electronic products (preferable condition)
5. Strongly driven for results, awareness of market and technology advancements/ commercially aware
