About The Role

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of strategic and transformational projects, delivering exceptional experiences to Pager
Duty clients. You will lead
- impact initiatives while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Manage
   - term Program Management projects with strategic clients.
2. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring synergies and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.
3. Anticipate client needs and provide solutions such as training, support, and tailored strategies.
4. Lead critical discussions on implementation methodology, strategic planning, and
   - level requirement gathering.
5. Proactively identify risks and propose strategies to mitigate them, contributing to
   - term customer success and retention.
6. Collaborate closely with consultants to ensure clients are fully satisfied.

1. Experience with implementations and customer success for products like Pager
   Duty.
2. Exceptional ability to lead meetings and strategic discussions at the executive level.
3. Proficiency with tools like Google Apps, Slack, and Salesforce.
4. Excellent analytical,
   - solving, and communication skills.
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

1. Experience managing escalations and delivering successful projects with Professional Services teams.
2. Highly developed soft skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
3. Capacity to thrive in dynamic,
   - velocity environments.

1. Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
2. Location: Portugal (collaborating with the global team).
3. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK Time Zone).

1. Company laptop
2. Workspace setup bonus $400 USD gross
3. Bonuses in September and December, $300 USD gross each
4. Vacation bonus $500 USD gross
5. Floating days (Ex: Birthday off)
6. 20 working days of vacation after the first year of employment
7. English Online Training

1. 5% sales commissions if you bring a sales opportunity, and the opportunity is won.
