What you will enjoy doing

• You will be responsible for the support and delivery of the efficiency program according to the strategy of the center.
• Furthermore, coordinate the project managers by providing clear direction and priorities to assure efficient department and alignment with the company´s and BSC vision, strategy, and values.
• Accountable for delivering productivity/improvement results, responsible for the delivery of productivity project programme.
• You will work with BSC operational coordinators and managers to promote and ensure
  - driven
  - making and continuous improvement mindset.
• More, communicate with other departments that are taking the lead for strategic projects on digitalization, analytics or productivity.
• Create an engaging and proactive environment, fostering teamwork, focus on results.
• You will drive continuous improvement within the teams by also supporting and participating in BSC improvement projects. Stimulate a proactive approach in contributing towards the mission of the BSC.
• Reviews and interprets reports and operational performance dashboards. Implements corrective actions.
• You will ensure that all business documentation is captured, stored, shared and maintained adequately.

What makes you great

• You have a University degree, preferably in business or project management.
• You speak English at level C1.
• 2 years + progressive experience in Shared Service Center environment or related roles.
• You have experience in process improvement or project management (preferred).
• Computer skills in Power BI and Excel advanced – MS office.
• You have an understanding of automation solutions.
• Strong ability to influence and impact on the implementation of changes, maintaining a strong performance and motivation.
• You are an empathic communicator, able to demonstrate conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable individual with effective time management and prioritization skills.

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
