Job Description:

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the purchasing function within the business;
2. Manage Material-creation and maintenance;
3. Manage Contract-creation and maintenance;
4. Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;
5. Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;
6. Support the transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (German or other European language is a plus);
2. Background in Accounting, Logistics or Business Management;
3. Knowledge of MS office tools;
4. Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
5. High level of accountability and accuracy;
