Who You Are

• MSc/BSc. Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a similar role; however, if you’ve been working in other production or continuous improvement roles, we’d be happy to meet you.
• Logical thinking with a practical and
  - on attitude will help your daily work.
• Team player attitude to cooperate and build relationships in a matrix,
  - cultural, international environment and within the own team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Your Activities

• Use production resources and sales forecast to create production plans, estimating the equipment and resources needed to manufacture products.
• Evaluate production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
• Monitor production activity and analyze production data so that the flow of materials is timed to meet production requirements.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages.
• Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests based on production schedules.
• Experience with SAP ERP system is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
