As a Cash Equities Execution APS, the contractor will integrate into a global team supporting and delivering a
- class execution platform. This role is crucial in maintaining our competitive edge by providing
- quality support and rapid solutions to our trading desks and external clients.

In this role, the contractor will gain invaluable experience with modern financial markets, stock exchange organizations, and algorithmic
- frequency trading technology. You will work on innovative,
- latency technology alongside top specialists in the field, developing skills related to system management and monitoring. This position offers a unique opportunity to deeply understand and influence the technologies that drive financial markets today.

Main Tasks

1. Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance.
2. Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.
3. Deploy production changes with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
4. Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
5. Manage incidents, including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP.
2. Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl, or any other programming language such as C, C++, Java).
3. Basic SQL knowledge.
4. Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka.

Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
