What are you going to do?
- Oversee and manage the Close of Business (COB) process in the production environment, ensuring timely execution and adherence to the Service Level Agreement (SLA);
- Monitor, respond to, and resolve L1 user queries and minor technical issues, conducting
- line diagnosis, maintaining the knowledge base, and documenting common issues and resolutions; - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 application issues, collaborating with internal teams for root cause analysis, patch and upgrade management, and ensuring system integrity;
- Support batch processing, reconciliations, and

- day operations, working closely with infrastructure, databases, and security teams; - Facilitate the resolution of logged tickets by performing thorough analyses and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders at every stage of the process;
- Address inquiries and provide clarification regarding system operations and technical processes;
- Take initiative in promptly reporting issues and statistics in a structured and timely manner;
- Collaborate with various IT teams to support troubleshooting and incident resolution efforts;
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to IT applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements;
- Implement and uphold application maintenance, support protocols, and incident management procedures;
- Provide immediate solutions such as data patching and

- related workarounds for incidents and service requests; - Guide business users on procedural steps to manage
- defect situations or fulfill requirements; - Serve as a technical reference during software implementations, upgrades, and system improvements;
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating FAQs and How-To guides to support internal and external stakeholders;
- Perform onsite analysis and troubleshooting during critical milestones, such as Go Live phases, system upgrades, and new implementations;
- Develop and enhance tools to improve analysis time, system efficiency, and user experience.
What are we looking for?
- +3 years of experience with L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact (T24) and related banking modules (mandatory);
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/shell scripting, and log analysis (mandatory);
- Strong understanding of RTB operations, production support, and incident management;
- Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, middleware, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS);
- Knowledge of task automation, CI/CD, and version control tools;
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (Service
Now, Jira) and monitoring tools; - Experience with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications;
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Dev
Ops tools for automation and monitoring; - Strong communication skills and
- solving abilities; - Availability for
- call support during weekdays and weekends; - Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
