What are you going to do?

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement;
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the product vision;
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with strategic business objectives and innovation goals;
• Collaborate with development, AI, and UX/UI teams to design and implement AI-powered functionalities that enhance user experience and business value;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new functional modules;
• Facilitate internal training and ensure seamless adoption of new functionalities by working closely with commercial and support teams;
• Lead change management initiatives, including the creation of user manuals, product documentation, and communication strategies;
• Foster a culture of innovation within the squad, encouraging the exploration of emerging technologies and AI applications;
• Continuously improve products through close collaboration with development, architecture, UX/UI, testing, and maintenance teams;
• Analyze and map product, process, and client business requirements to support solution configuration.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner;
• At least 2 years of experience in a Saa
  S company, ideally working with AI-driven products or innovative digital solutions;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with a strategic mindset;
• Excellent conceptual skills;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks;
• Knowledge of AI,
  - driven solutions, and emerging technologies;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams;
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment;
• Resilience, autonomy, and ambition;
• Passion for technology and innovation;
• Fluent in English (written and oral); Spanish is a plus.
