About the role!

As a Product Owner, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working directly with our product design team and engineers to implement new features and iterate upon feedback. You will use your
- up mindset and your full range of product development skills to produce elegantly simple features that align to both business and product outcomes. You’ll be expected to push the boundaries of what’s possible while sharing in our healthy obsession for product, quality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities!

1. Own the
   -
   - end strategy and roadmap, aligning product enhancements with BCA’s mission and competitive position.
2. Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams on strategic direction and integration within the BCA ecosystem.
3. Drive innovation and add value to the product portfolio for internal and external customers.
4. Engage with the business community and users to gather feedback and ensure product value.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, working closely with engineers and
   - functional teams.

Skills and Experience Required!

1. Hands-on Product Owner/Product Manager with experience leading Agile teams to deliver
   -
   - end products.
2. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal skills for
   - functional relationships.
3. Tenacious and
   - focused, able to handle complexity and drive effective outcomes.
4. Experienced in customer interactions, using data and insights to inform roadmap decisions.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, comfortable with ambiguity and
   - oriented.
6. Degree-level education or equivalent work experience.
7. Proficiency in agile software development tools like Microsoft Azure Dev
   Ops or JIRA.
8. Deep understanding of software development processes and cycles.
9. Preferred knowledge of design thinking, customer mindset, and lean
   - up practices.
10. Significant experience in delivering successful products, with cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
