For our software factory, we are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team and contribute to the success of our products.

What is the role?

1. Own the product development in close collaboration with the Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams;
2. Contribute to the creation and implementation of transparent goals and criteria for the product development, per sprint and strategically;
3. Plan and execute development sprints in collaboration with engineering;
4. Ensure
   -
   -
   - art usability, UX, and UI of the product frontends;
5. Establish metrics to ensure progress and improvement in product development and evangelize best practices within all teams of the product;
6. Oversee and manage a team of product designers and developers to increase usability and complement development sprints;
7. Conduct regular benchmarking with our competitors’ solutions to understand our differentiators and detect tendencies and standards in the market;
8. Engage with potential and existing clients to help increase sales and retention.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in engineering, sales, operations, or similar in a Saa
   S company or technology
   - up;
2. 3+ years of experience in leading agile product management;
3. Experience as a Scrum Master;
4. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
5. Empathizing communicator with excellent listening skills;
6. Solid understanding of software architecture;
7. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
