We are looking for a talented Technical Product Owner who will be part of an international Scrum team working on improving, reshaping, and extending our technical solutions, administrative tools, backend services, and platform components with a strong focus on stability, performance, and scalability.

As a Product Owner, you will represent the business views inside the Scrum team and the technology function in front of your business counterparts. You will be responsible for building new products and enhancing existing ones. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, collaborating with other Business Units, Commercial, Engineering, Product, and Technology teams to understand their needs and propose innovative solutions to fulfill them. The successful candidate must be able to establish a deep understanding of the business processes and have the technical understanding to drive the evolution of products which are shaped to serve the 40+ Tax Free Shopping markets from Europe, Asia, Africa to the Americas.

What will you do?

1. Manage the entire product development lifecycle
2. Own, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog
3. Collect customer needs, assess market feedback and drive further product innovations
4. Define and communicate user stories to the development team
5. Agree and maintain the Product Strategy and Roadmap

What you bring?

1. 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner
2. Experience with authentication/authorization services and API gateways is a plus
3. Strong business and system analysis skills
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Technical understanding of complex and highly scalable applications
6. Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
