What you will be doing…

• Understand product/commercial needs and how they translate into functional and technical requirements.
• Lead the requirements gathering effort based on stakeholder input.
• Be responsible for the timely availability and accuracy of project requirements, ensuring that engineering teams can develop software in the most efficient manner possible.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria, prepare and prioritize backlogs, produce launch and communications plans, execute shows and track benefits realization.
• Attend all relevant scrum ceremonies.
• Adapt product backlog as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate constantly with stakeholders and keep them informed about the status of requirements development.
• Provide guidance and induction to other product owners.
• Have a detailed understanding of the portfolio, project and feature delivery processes.
• Be a subject matter expert in your domain and have a solid understanding of the company’s organization and performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or technology discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English).
• Experience in defining business requirements is essential.
• Experience in influencing change in work practices in the analysis and development department.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills; knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and specification.
• Ability to interact with commercial, design, and technical specialists.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Experience working across multiple Agile methodologies.
