What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
4. Experience in managing complex digital products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
