Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. More than 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
2. Experience in gathering requirements and creating user stories.
3. Definition of test scenarios and strategies.
4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (scrum framework).
5. Fluency in English.
6. Good communication.
7. Proactive.
8. Teamwork.

Daily Tasks:

1. Product vision and roadmap definition.
2. Product backlog definition.
3. Prioritize product features and functionality based on customer feedback and business goals.
4. Elaboration and writing of user stories.

6. Elaboration of sprint planning and retrospectives.
7. Management of the objectives to be accomplished in the sprint planning.

Non-mandatory:

1. PSPO I and PSM I certifications.
2. Good English knowledge.
