A Snapshot of Your Day:

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our electrical protection solutions, daily, step by step. Working closely with international
- functional teams, project managers, engineers, and clients, you will ensure that our systems and solutions meet or exceed customer requirements and standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Develop and implement comprehensive portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the electrical systems industry.
• Define solution vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize solution roadmap, balancing
  - term achievements with
  - term vision.
• Drive development and maintenance in collaboration with engineering teams to build
  - quality solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

What You Bring:

• Successfully completed university studies in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, engineering, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful projects or products.
• Profound knowledge of protection systems, designs, components, and related technologies.
• Profound knowledge in Siemens, ABB, Schneider, or other protection relay devices and the respective market.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with the ability to make decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in
  - functional teams.
