We are searching for a Product Owner with expertise in Service
Now!

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, based on future positioning.
2. Align and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders, seeking to maximize the value delivered to the organization.
3. Managing the evolution of the backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
4. Ensuring the development of prioritized initiatives with the business units, controlling and justifying deviations. Ensuring the quality of application changes by monitoring all stages of development delivery and defining and implementing a testing methodology that guarantees the execution and monitoring of the types of tests required so that there is no impact on changes going into production.
5. Challenging solutions, looking for opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices in order to create robust solutions.
6. Listening to and actively collaborating with the business areas, creating strategies that leverage the speed of response to the Organization.
7. Promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration by encouraging participation in projects and initiatives that can benefit the organization as a whole.
8. Producing reports on initiatives, ensuring visibility of developments for the organization.
9. Working as part of a team in a collaborative spirit, in order to deliver results and grow the product.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related areas.
2. More than 4 years' experience as a project manager or Product Owner.
3. Experience in Service
   Now.
4. Product Owner certification (PSPO I or CSPO).
5. Proven experience in IT project management.
6. Experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
7. Knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies.
8. Storytelling and User Stories knowledge.
9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (user perspective).
10. Strong analytical and
    - solving skills.
11. Proactivity and autonomy.
12. Excellent communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
13. Proficiency in written and oral English (mandatory).
