Hey there!
We’re looking for a strategic,
- savvy Product Marketing Manager to shape how brands experience Insense, from first touch to conversion. You’ll own our website messaging, conversion strategy, and customer journey communications, ensuring our value is clear, compelling, and drives action. If you excel at turning product features into persuasive narratives and engaging content, this role is for you.
You must be available every working day between 8 am to 12 pm EST to connect with AMER team.
Who we are looking for
Required:
- 3-5+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or related roles, preferably in Saa
S or marketplaces. - Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with experience crafting persuasive messaging for websites and emails.
- Experience in website conversion optimization, A/B testing, and working with UX designers.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools (e. g. , Hub
Spot, Braze, Marketo). - Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing conversion metrics and optimizing based on insights.
- Ability to work
- functionally and drive projects independently.
Responsibilities
Website Messaging & Conversion Optimization:
- Own and refine the messaging and positioning across our website to clearly communicate our value and increase conversions.
- Work closely with our designers, developers, and SEO specialist to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows.
- Continuously A/B test messaging, copy, and layouts to improve website performance through efficient data tracking and analysis.
Email Marketing & User Journey Communications:
- Develop and execute lifecycle email sequences (onboarding, nurture,
- engagement) to move users from
- up and content download to purchase. - Create compelling
- product messaging that improves activation and engagement. - Analyze email performance metrics and iterate on messaging and segmentation.
Product & Sales Content Creation
- Write persuasive copy for landing pages, email campaigns,
- ups, and lead magnets (e. g. , cheat sheets, guides). - Develop
- focused sales enablement content (pitch decks,
- pagers, competitor battle cards). - Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, from marketing materials to sales conversations.
Customer & Market Insights for Positioning
- Conduct customer research to understand pain points and craft messaging that resonates.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to sharpen our differentiation.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams (growth, product, and sales) to align messaging with business goals.
