POSITION DETAILS:

LOCATION: Remote, in Portugal

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Product Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a
- oriented and motivated Product Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support our product marketing efforts by conducting market research, managing sales tools, and maintaining performance dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a knack for project management tools, and a collaborative mindset to assist with
- functional projects.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

1. Conduct
   - depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
2. Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources, such as battlecards, to support sales and marketing efforts.
3. Monitor and report on industry news and emerging market opportunities.
4. Maintain and update marketing and sales performance dashboards.
5. Gather, analyze, and visualize data to provide insights on campaign effectiveness and product performance.
6. Assist in preparing regular reports for leadership and
   - functional teams.
7. Support the creation, organization, and updates of sales tools, presentations, and collateral to align with current product messaging and branding.
8. Manage and organize content within tools like Seismic to ensure accessibility and usability for the sales team.
9. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure materials are visually engaging and aligned with strategic goals.
10. Use project management tools (e. g. , Monday, Seismic) to track and manage marketing initiatives and deliverables.
11. Coordinate with
    - functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
12. Provide administrative support for team workflows and timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Seismic, Excel, and data visualization software (e. g. , Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
3. Excellent organizational and
   - management skills with attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a
   - paced environment.
