What you will do

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute the product strategy for the Analytics and Indices Business Units;
  
  
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that products deliver maximum value and usability;
  
  
• Define and manage the product roadmap for analytics and index products, prioritizing
  - impact initiatives.
  
  

Product Development & Execution:

• Work closely with quant, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and enhance
  - driven products;
  
  
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring
  - time,
  - budget and
  - quality execution;
  
  
• Stay updated on industry regulations and security best practices within the cryptocurrency index space;
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize blockchain data collection and market data structuring.
  
  

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and
  - performance culture;
  
  
• Act as the bridge between product, technology, and revenue teams to ensure strategic alignment;
  
  
• Regularly communicate product roadmaps, updates, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Performance & Market Analysis:

• Define success metrics and track product performance using
  - driven insights;
  
  
• Analyze client feedback, competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the crypto space;
  
  
• Identify opportunities for new data integrations across multiple blockchains and financial institutions.
  
  

Must haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management in blockchain, fintech, or data products;
  
  
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency indices, financial data analytics, and risk assessment models;
  
  
• Experience with De
  Fi protocols, blockchain data collection, and
  - chain analytics;
  
  
• Proven ability to manage
  - functional teams and drive product execution;
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with a
  - driven approach to
  - making;
  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  
  
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
  
  

Nice to haves:

• Financial background, particularly in trading, market data, or risk management;
  
  
• Experience with De
  Fi ecosystems,
  - chain oracles, and blockchain indexing solutions;
  
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and data infrastructure;
  
  
• Understanding of compliance and security regulations in crypto financial products.
