Engine B is now looking for a Product Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities: Assist in product lifecycle management, from concept to launch.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to develop product strategies.
Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
Support in creating roadmaps and timelines for product development.
Extract user needs through research and develop problem and opportunity statements for the team to shape use cases and solutions.
Gather business and customer data and insights to derive requirements, user journeys and PRD for the team to create a
- centered product.
Ensure project management, developing units of work to be tracked and updating progress, and proactively optimising team processes and tools for productivity and clarity Main requirements 3 - 5 years of experience Excellent communication and organizational skills.   Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and
- solving abilities.
Basic understanding of product lifecycle and user experience.
Understanding of design thinking processes and methodology.
Strong project management skills.
Track record of designing and delivering scalable,
- centered products with
- disciplinary teams.
