The product manager (crypto gaming) will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and player expectations. This role involves close collaboration with
- functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to create and deliver innovative gaming solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gaming, a deep understanding of cryptocurrency technologies, and experience working in a
- paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and player needs.
• Oversee the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new product features to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Lead agile processes, including sprint planning,
  - ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
• Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to drive product vision and execution.
• Leverage data analytics and player insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
• Identify potential risks, address challenges, and ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years as a product manager in the gaming or technology industry, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
• Hands-on experience in the B2C casino or gaming space, including knowledge of game mechanics, bonus systems, and player engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading
  - functional teams.
• Strong ability to interpret data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a
