Apgar is looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager – AI Solutions for Business Operations in Porto or Lisbon. You will play a crucial role as product champion, shaping the marketing strategy and product roadmap for AI solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations, such as demand forecasting, productions scheduling, operations bot assistants, and predictive operations. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of marketing plans, sales strategies, and product development initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of marketing, sales, and AI product development plans.
• Competitive intelligence research.
• Champion the product internally and externally to assure business and sales plans are achieved, working closely with sales teams.
• Contributor to the marketing plan and product roadmap.
• Frequently be in contact with current and prospective customers to support the growth of the product both in sales and competitiveness
• Being the key expert in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations.

You are…

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing and/or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in product and project management.
• Experience in analytics and/or data management within an industrial company.
• Experience in software product management.
• Expertise in evaluating or managing the deployment software applications for manufacturing and supply chain operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in leading
  - functional teams.
