This confidential leadership role focuses on driving customer experience (CX) digital transformation in the logistics industry. As a Product Group Lead, you'll have the exciting opportunity to oversee the strategy and development of CX tools and solutions for the company and its clients. You’ll lead product teams in designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop product teams to manage and enhance existing IT products within the Product Group.

• Innovation: Create and implement innovative IT solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure developed solutions effectively meet customer needs.

• CX and EX Advisory: Advise on best practices and strategies to improve both Customer Experience and Employee Experience.

• Technology Integration: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and modern CX solutions to enhance customer experience.

• AI Utilization: Leverage AI-driven tools to support sales efforts and improve preparation for customer interactions.

• Customer Service Management: Analyze and refine customer case service processes to deliver
- tier customer experiences.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in IT solutions and CX.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and modern CX solutions.

• Business-Technical Translation: Ability to convert business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and advisory abilities to guide and support stakeholders at all levels.

• AI Expertise: Experience using AI to enhance sales, improve customer interactions, and drive innovation in CX.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic,
- paced environment.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
