We are seeking an experienced Product Experience Designer Lead to spearhead the UX and UI design for a significant banking project. This role requires a professional with a robust portfolio and a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for
- end applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of user journeys and UI screens
2. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to deliver
   - quality design solutions
3. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
2. Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping and UI design
3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
4. Strong understanding of
   - end design principles and best practices
