Product Designer needed to join our team on a contract or permanent basis, here at VML Enterprise Solutions.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our dynamic team in the Lisbon or Porto office in Portugal. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly skilled individual who excels in

What you’ll be doing:

You are a highly motivated,
- sufficient, and
- tier Product Designer (UX/UI) with a drive to create exceptional digital experiences. Your passion for user experience and user interface design drives you to find smarter ways of creating outstanding digital experiences. You understand the critical role of bridging the gap between UX and UI to deliver

What we want from you:

• Extensive experience in product design (UX/UI) roles, supported by a university degree (or equivalent) in the relevant field.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Leads, Content Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and clients as part of the product design process.
• Take creative direction from Principals/Leads to develop
  - thinking concepts and deliver visionary design direction.
• Proactively elevate experiences by collaborating with the Content team to identify content gaps and ways to uplift existing materials.
• Bring a
  - motivated mindset, demonstrating
  - sufficiency in
  - solving, navigating constraints, and creating intuitive, efficient experiences.
• Utilise user research and insights to propose
  - driven decisions and advocate continuous improvement through user testing and feedback integration.
• Clearly present solutions to experience deficiencies and business needs, effectively communicating project status and updates to internal and client team members.
• Plan and conduct user research to better understand user behaviours and motivations, including usability testing to identify usability issues.
• Demonstrate expertise in delivering artefacts including competitor benchmarking, site maps, heuristic evaluations, wireframes, Figma designs, and prototypes.
• Investigate how existing products work or how services are used to input into solution feasibility, collaborating with a
  - disciplinary team.
• Bring
  - depth knowledge of design systems and tokenisation to adhere to
  - centred design practices and accessibility standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and AI capabilities.
• Proficiency in motion design would be beneficial to bring motion concepts to life.
