Job Description:

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to help the team create an unparalleled user experience for the next wave of web3 and crypto adopters. You will join a journey to define design principles and push the boundaries of our user experience in ways that will impact the Web3 space.

The perfect person for this role is an excellent problem solver who isn't afraid to build from scratch and likes creating intuitive yet simple product experiences.

What you’ll do:

1. Identify User Needs and Conduct Research: Analyze user requirements, conduct research, and perform usability testing to craft
   - driven,
   - centered solutions that drive the creation of impactful features.
2. Design, prototype, and collaborate: Create wireframes that inspire collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams, seamlessly translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into
   - edge design solutions.
3. Develop User Flows & Architecture: Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation and interactions with blockchain applications.
4. Maintain a Cohesive Design System: Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
5. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with Web3 industry trends and best practices to enhance the user experience of our products and services.
6. Lead Complex Design Challenges: Drive the
   -
   - end resolution of complex design problems, turning user insights and data into innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product design, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing
  - quality user experiences and visual design work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to the team.
• Passion for
  - centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Active user of investment applications or other fintech apps.
• You’ll ideally come from Web3.
• Experience in creating and maintaining a design system.
• Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data into projects.
• Experience with working in a distributed team.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
