As a Product Data Management Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our development teams by ensuring efficient and structured project data management. Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating BOM structures in the e
Bike
PDM System (SAP) based on input from the engineering team (from the first A-sample BOM to the final release of the SAP structures); - Creating and maintaining ECR (Engineering Change Request) in close collaboration with the project management and engineering teams;
- Following up the ECR release process with other Bosch departments from the data input until the final implementation;
- Keeping an updated overview of the ongoing tasks in PDM and ECR environments (Bosch SAP systems);
- Keeping track of the lead time per activity and ensuring the tasks are performed on time;
- Creating user documentation and conducting training sessions to ensure proper process usage and minimize support requests;
- Supporting teams in solving challenges related to data management and implementing best practices;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of data management processes by identifying optimization opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor's in Information Management, Information Technology, or experience in a related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in data management, product development, or similar roles (preferred);
- Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of product development processes and data management;
- Familiarity with data management tools (e. g. , PLM tools, SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI, etc. );
- Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus.

- solving mindset; - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Adaptability to Agile environments and iterative workflows.
