What you will do:

1. Collaborate on deconstructing product OKRs from business leadership into
   - facing leading metrics.
2. Help design and then build dashboards to enable the product team to see if their metrics are on track.
3. Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover actionable product insights and opportunities from our existing data.
4. Provide
   - hoc analytics support as needed by product teams such as reviewing statistics done by Product Managers or consulting on the design of internal learning analytics which trigger automated processes.

Requirements:

1. Ability to choose an appropriate statistical test and perform it on
   - world data.
2. Experience independently analyzing data and generating hypotheses/insights using
   - standard analytics tools (i. e. SQL, Python).
3. Strong data communication and interpretation including designing data visualizations (i. e. Tableau), constructing custom metrics, and validating methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience doing analytics on educational products.
2. Experience with Spark.
