As a Product Analyst in the
- gaming sector, you'll play a significant role in the development, product management, and continuous improvement of online Casino and Sportsbook products. Your role involves participating in product management team
-
- day activities, conducting Q&A tests to contribute to the development of new features, and optimizing user experience, B2B support, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
From the general to the specific, you should be able to execute product changes and decisions to maximize profit and stimulate interest in the product, as well as maintain active and constructive communication with institutional clients. Your work should be visible and outputs clear, supporting the product team in the everyday activities, managing the product and providing B2B support to all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management and Development:
Deep knowledge of our product and features, conducting Q&A tests, thus ensuring the proper functioning of the entire platform and systems used.
You will create tickets identifying, describing, and proposing solutions to the problems encountered, succinctly, in writing and visually supported.
Product monitoring, updating, and improving the offering, including banners, thumbnails, icons, and other graphical and text elements. - Reporting, Modelling and Performance Measurement:
Build and maintain updated models and reports on brand performance, products, features, and the impact of actions taken.
Demonstrate analytically the conclusions and express in writing recommendations clearly and concisely.
Constant collection and processing of relevant data for the development of a comprehensive understanding of the market and the product. - Brand Management, B2B Support and Communication Between Teams or Providers:
Bridge between the client and other stakeholders, namely our product, risk, software teams, and the service providers with whom we partner.
Provide B2B support, while communicating internally and externally to provide a capable and helpful response to the demand.
Analyse product usage by users using performance metrics, recognizing opportunities to improve the product and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Able to work autonomously, proactively, managing multiple tasks if necessary, and meeting the deadlines.
- Enjoys teamwork, incorporates feedback from colleagues and team leaders positively and constructively, absorbing and replicating the existing culture of excellence.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the customer, understanding their needs, providing solutions that add value, and visibility of the work done by the entire company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of Excel and Power
Point is a must.
