Systems provides customers with everything they need to build apps incredibly fast. We have an immediate opportunity for a Procurement Operations Specialist. The Procurement Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation for some small categories, and purchase order management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
• Support during the P2P process.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
• Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors.
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
