About the Role

Join us as a Procurement Master Data Specialist and drive digital transformation to improve cost efficiency and service delivery.

Start your day with a team meeting to align priorities. Design and maintain data architecture, ensuring it meets organisational strategy and security. Evaluate new technologies, develop data models and create data solution roadmaps.

Provide procurement process expertise, support optimisation and address challenges. Ensure the integrity of purchasing documents and material records through MRP and serial and batch management. Optimise supplier relationships through strategic sourcing and supplier qualification.

Collaborate with procurement, supply management, sourcing, contract management and master data management teams. Provide guidance to developers and partners on standard methodologies in data architecture and strategy.

-Lead procurement's digital transformation to enhance cost efficiency and service delivery

-Design, implement, and maintain data architecture aligned with the organization's strategy, ensuring data security and integration across teams

-Evaluate emerging technologies, develop data models, and create a roadmap for data solutions to meet business needs

-Guide in procurement processes, support process optimization, and address operational challenges

-Maintain integrity in purchasing documents and material records, using MRP and Serial and Batch Management for process improvements

-Optimize supplier relationships and strategic sourcing initiatives through supplier qualification knowledge

-Collaborate closely with teams in operational procurement, supply management, sourcing, contract management, and master data management

-Guide developers and partners on standard processes in data architecture and strategy, ensuring operational excellence across procurement activities

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

-7+ years of experience in data architecture and strategy with a solid understanding of data modeling and data management principles within a global company

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, ability to work independently and within a team to achieve given objectives

-In-depth understanding and experience with SAP master data (S/4Hana), particularly with respect to procurement and logistics

-Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security standard processes

-Experience with
- based data architecture solutions and Machine Learning is a plus

-English, German a plus. International working experience preferred

-10 – 20% business travel (international & domestic)
