We are Adecco Human Resources and through our specialisation in contact centre solutions, we are looking for candidates for a project in the procurement operations area for the Women's Health industry.

Responsibilities:

1. The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities;
2. The operationalization of
   - strategies;
3. The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs;
4. The delivery of relevant
   - creation/saving targets;
5. The management and improvement of the
   -
   - end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments);
6. The management of supplier
   - boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes;
7. The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data
   - up;
8. The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner;
9. The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field;
2. 5+ years Procurement working experience;
3. Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and
   - functional environment;
4. Sourcing and
   - Management skills;
5. Strong analytical skills;
6. Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills;
7. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment;
8. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
