Procurement Analyst - Lisboa

Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement team and to be responsible for the following tasks:

Develop sourcing and
- effective purchasing strategies for materials/equipment in the renewable sector.
Support technical procurement processes across all Greenvolt companies.
Manage tenders, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
Assist in supplier selection and procurement proposals.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal and organizational compliance.
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and agreed prices.
Oversee supplier onboarding, risk management, and contract administration.
Forecast price trends and assess their impact.
Analyze spending patterns to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Identify and mitigate
- related risks.

Profile:

Degree in Engineering, preferably Renewable Energies.
2-3 years of experience in Renewable Energies sector and/or Procurement/Supply Chain.
Technical knowledge in energy and contract review precision.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point).
Ability to develop procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Strong negotiation skills for contracts, pricing, and supplier terms.
Fluent in English.
Preferred: Knowledge of BESS procurement and SAP experience.
