Job Description:

Zeneca, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, as a Business Process Analyst. Reporting to the Process Optimisation Director, you will support the
-
- end management and evolution of our BPM platform. This role combines your strong analytical mindset with your ability to communicate simply, with precision and impact across our stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the Process Optimization Director on the direction of our BPM strategy and framework.
• Manage our BPM framework, methodologies, modelling standards, governance and best practices.
• Lead efforts on onboarding new business teams onto our BPM platform.
• Support training and certification of new users.
• Support process mapping/modelling and process optimization efforts for strategic projects to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of process modelling techniques, tools, frameworks, and standards.
• Strong experience in at least one BPM platform (BIC, Aris, Signavio, etc. ).
• Ability to map, model, and document
  -
  - end business processes.
• Experience in analyzing and designing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sound knowledge of business process modelling tools and/or architectural blueprints (e. g. , ARIS).
• Energetic and
  - motivated.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one time.
• Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment.
• Willingness to undertake some occasional domestic/international travel (as required).
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with BPM capabilities such as Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, workflow tools.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified.
• Proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry.
