As a Process Optimisation Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of solving inefficiencies and unlocking additional value for the Automation/Process Mining expertise within our team. This role is perfect for those with a strong desire to gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques, experience in team management, and lean

- end process analysis & simplification.

Accountabilities:

1. Managing relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels.
2. Assisting with the generation & prioritisation of opportunities across a range of Process Solutions customer groups.
3. Leading projects independently or in collaboration with other GBS Process Solutions team members.
4. Assessing automation/process mining scope, business value/cost, and accompanying business case.
5. Conducting change management activities to guide/support business readiness for transition to
   - live.

Qualifications:

1. Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified with proven experience in the analysis &
   - design of complex,
   - function business processes.
2. Demonstrated experience of leading medium profile projects/change management activities.
3. Strong stakeholder management, influencing & presentation/oral communication skills.
4. Energetic and
   - motivated.
5. Strong analytical skills to discover and interpret business change requirements.
6. Strong time management skills with the ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects simultaneously.
7. Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment.
8. Willingness to undertake some domestic/international travel (as required).
9. Fluency in English.
10. Significant experience of various related BPM capabilities: Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, and workflow tools.
11. Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry.
12. Experience of working in Agile methodology.
13. Experience of working globally.
