As Process Mining Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey. You will have the opportunity to develop technical and functional knowledge in several areas while interacting with our teams in Singapore and Germany.

In your new role, you will:

1. Build and maintain data models and data visualizations for process mining
2. Support and consult users using process mining
3. Create technical documentation
4. Support process mining community and outreach activities

You have good communication skills and a unique team spirit mindset. With a proactive and structured working attitude, you are willing to learn and grow, especially in multicultural contexts. You are best equipped for this position if you have:

1. A degree in Software Engineering, IT Administration, or Data Engineering
2. Data manipulation skills for at least one
   - known database system, like Oracle or MS SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, DBT – Data Build Tool)
3. Experience in at least one programming language is a plus
4. Knowledge of ETL tools, methods, and/or middleware (e. g. , MS SSIS) would be an advantage
5. Fluency in English
