Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. Would you like to play a vital role in a team which contributes to manufacture of luxury products? You will oversee Training and Manufacturing Process Implementation activities from cutting to stitching of an upper shoe;You will ensure timely resource allocation (mechanics, trainings, tools, machines) and support in general to the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement of existing products and line in terms of operations, machinery, and training needs. You will identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions. You will organize and plans the production of new products according to client requirements. You will pilot the implementation of new Projects and models, look for technical solutions, cooperate with Maintenance for new tools/ change/ automation of machines. You will participate in
- functional improvement projects (organizations, workflows, change management). You will assure a good communication with Internal and External clients. You will ensure that industrialized products meet the high of quality. You will secure maximum levels of performance. You will report on quality performance to senior management and stakeholders. You will develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures. Is this position made for you? You have a degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Industrial Manufacturing or equivalent (preferable). You have 3/5 years of technical experience in a shoe manufacturing environment. You have skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point). You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English. You have strong attention to detail and quality control you are able support in all steps of production process.
