Job Description:
As the Process Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for major functional process areas, driving good practice, sound decision making, and quality within the workstream.
Responsibilities:
- Challenge Unilabs to standardise and adopt out of the box processes.
- Deliver initial engagement and fit gap sessions through knowledge of the target process and solution.
- Manage stakeholders to gain alignment and understanding of design challenges.
- Provide task management within the process team to ensure completion of all deliverables.
- Accountable for process team deliverables including design requirements and Functional Design Document.
- Support testing solutions in Systems Integration Test (SIT) and advise on UAT sign off.
- Work with Global Process Owners to identify and track KPIs for process areas.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the process area.
- Support GPOs in scoping and evaluating change requests.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Utilize methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business areas (finance, procurement, IT) to ensure project alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for process design issues.
- Collaborate with all teams, including 3rd party and support organisations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
- Generate regular reports on project status and process metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process inefficiencies.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
- Maintain accurate project and process documentation.
Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to team members and
- users on
- related tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Expertise in relevant modules of D365 (FO).
- Proven experience in functional and technical capabilities within the respective process domain.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies in technology change projects.
- Strong understanding of financial operations and best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with ERP systems relevant to the respective process domain.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of process automation tools and techniques.
