The Role

The Link and Open
Data vision is to become the global leader in deep and reference data for life sciences. The core of our products is manually curated data captured using
- based web research. We create
- quality data through efficient processes.

As a Process Expert in Data Operations, you will improve processes across all operations teams. You will support the teams in simplifying and increasing the resilience of processes. You will be
- on in improving our tools. You will improve interfaces between teams. You will ensure your improvements are carried out throughout the organization. You will work closely with the Director of Data Operations.

This role will enable you to gain a broad and deep understanding of our data operations and, by that, learn about the different Link and Open
Data products. You will work on a broad range of projects with many different stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Shadow the curation processes
• Simplify processes and process documentation
• Increase automation in our tools, incl. sheets, reports, dashboards
• Manage change projects with 10+ teams
• Upskill the team on process excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a dynamic environment, e. g. , consulting,
  - up, a tech company
• Experience in improving processes
• Experience in leading
  - functional teams
• Worked or studied in international environments
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Nice to Have

• Data Analysis skills (e. g. , SQL, Python)
• Work experience in operations
• Work experience in data product companies
