Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of PVD/Brushing results (production and quality);
• Support in coordinating testing/validation in the PVD and Brushing process;
• Ensure the production control reports;
• Draw up and update a “Troubleshooting” of the PVD process;
• Permanent quality control of the PVD and Brushing process;
• Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools;
• Ensure the proper operation of PVD and Brushing equipment;
• Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of PVD;
• Support in training new PVD and Brushing employees;
• Support in the strategic management of people and teams.

Your profile:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Physic, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials or similar;
• Experience with SAP (preferred);
• Google tools command;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
• Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
