Job Description:

As a Process Engineer, you will:
- BWS calculations for all products CWS (Direct labor) calculations for current products on a weekly basis.
- Reporting daily the performance of each product.
- Leading the weekly levelling meeting.
- Leading the interface with MP&L regarding production volume variations.
- Performing and reporting the five years Manning Business Plan.
- Defining and developing line processes for each position.
- Continuous analysis of product processes for every operation (component numbers, cycle times, hourly rates, worked hours, equipment load, people requirements).
- Responsible for maintaining process documentation.
- Developing the Plant Headcount Plan according to the monthly Plan Book Volumes.
- Creating a training plan for new employees.
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plans.
- Developing changeover procedures.
- Developing processes to control overhead (consumables part) costs at cell level.
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the 5S’s within the area.
- Participation in the ECN’s and Builds meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification in Manufacturing or related subject.
- Minimum of 5+ years as Process Engineer or similar.
- Experience gained preferably within the electronics industry.
- Experience in a dynamic industry environment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
