Job Description:

1. Problem solving mindset.
2. Optimize day to day production, scrap reduction, process improvement.
3. Plan and coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce high quality products.
4. Daily support to the technical team on problem solving.
5. Support launch of new tools.
6. Knowledge on CNC operations is appreciated.
7. Create and maintain process documentation.
8. Assure the department KPI’s are achieved.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Materials / Industrial / Production)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills
