E), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes through the usage of automation technologies. You will contribute to our overarching goal of elevating efficiency and reducing complexity across various functions by developing and maintaining automation solutions that are in sync with our digital transformation strategy.

- solving, and a collaborative spirit. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to craft and refine automation systems, making a direct impact on the organization's productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and contribute to the full lifecycle of automation projects.
- Support senior developers in the design and architecture of scalable automation solutions.
- Develop, implement, and test solutions in alignment with enterprise system and security requirements.
- Make the best usage of different technologies to create effective

- end process automated solutions. - Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and deployment strategies, under senior guidance.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and test scripts.
- Participate in technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and ensure best practices are maintained.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and operational integration of automation solutions.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of automation systems, contributing to improvement initiatives.
- Engage in operational support tasks, addressing and resolving issues within the automation portfolio.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automation technologies and tools, proactively recommending improvements to enhance the automation capabilities of the team.

Requisite Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding and
- on experience with Ui
Path and MS Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps). - Experience with coding languages like Python or C#.
- Familiarity with system integration through REST APIs.
- Experience with database technologies and query languages like SQL.
- Awareness of OCR technologies and document processing.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of software design principles.
- Familiarity in Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering
- quality automation solutions.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- About 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years of experience in process automation or related technology fields.
- Demonstrated analytical and
- solving skills. - Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
